By September 5th 2005, legislation has been introduced by the Office of the Commissioner of Electronic Communications and Postal Regulation in relation to the registration of Domain Names with the .CY Top Level Domain Registry. Legislation is valid from the fore mentioned date.
 

From this page registrants can download the information and rules pertinent to the registration of domains under the CY TLD as well as the DNS registration form. Registrants are expected to download the form in a format that best fits their environment, print it out and submit it to the CY TLD together with the supporting documentation and apllicable fee.
